Patel B.Ed. College is recognized by ERC-NCTE Bhubaneswar for Two Year B.Ed Course and affiliated to Ranchi University, Ranchi. The college is run and managed by Patel Charitable & Welfare Trust, Ranchi registered under Trust Act having registration No. 24343/IV3055/2008 which was established in 2008.


Patel Charitable & Welfare Trust is founded by a group of social workers, professionals and businessmen to promote education and welfare of the young and impressionable minds of the state of Jharkhand. The trust has acquired a piece of land measuring 3238.66 sqmt. in Lodhma, at P.S. Karra, District Khunti.

Patel Charitable & Welfare Trust is pioneered by the erudite, progressive and philanthropic personality making an effort to start a B. Ed. College at Lodhma in Khunti district. Patel charitable trust instead to cater to omnipresent needs and demands for quality education for educators in the state of Jharkhand. It has a deep desire to attain excellence that would be a benchmark in the field of educators’ education. The quest for excellence will be translated into impeccale operation of B. Ed. Education under trust. It believes in the ‘tripple’ approach i.e., erudition’, efficiency and ‘excellence’ in running the institution.
